Janet M. Mullen-Krimm, age 74, of East Falls and Southwest Philadelphia, died January 24, 2025. Survived by her husband of more than forty years, John R. Sr. and her sons; John Jr. (Jessica), Matthew (Sarah), Michael (Ahsika), Patrick (Monique) and Frank Roscioli. Also survived by 6 grandchildren, her brother James Mullen (Nancy), her sister Dolores Kapusniak (Thomas) and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents James and Josephine Mullen and her son Luke.
Janet graduated from West Catholic Girls H.S. in 1968. She then attended Misericordia Nursing School, obtained a Master’s Degree in Nursing from Univ. of Penna. and continued on to graduate from Temple Law School. Janet was a nurse and a nurse practitioner for 45 years.
She loved to read, to travel, to take family day trips to the shore and to Lancaster County. She was an avid fan of the Rolling Stones and never missed watching Jeopardy or Wheel of Fortune.
Relatives, friends and colleagues are invited to her Visitation on Sat. Feb. 1st at the McIlvaine Funeral Home, 3711 Midvale Ave. from 9-10:30 a.m., follow by her Funeral Mass at 11:00 at St. Bridget Church, right up the street. Interment will be private and at a future time. In lieu of flowers, donations in Janet’s memory may be given to St. John’s Hospice or to the Alzheimer’s Assoc.
