
Lisa Ann Ruch (Maisey), age 54, of Kintnersville, PA, passed away Monday morning, February 24, 2025 following a courageous battle with cancer. She was born February 13, 1971, in the East Falls section of Philadelphia.
Lisa was preceded in death by her husband of 21 years, Louis “Derry” Charles Ruch. Lisa is survived by her daughter, Jennifer Bertolino (Joseph), her son, Louis “Derry” Christopher Ruch (Shannon) and three grandchildren Vienna, Avery and Owen. Also survived by her mother, Rose Maisey (Charles), her brother, John Maisey, her loving fiancé, Edward Michener, and many special cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews who will sadly miss her.
Lisa worked as a supervisor at Tastykake Baking Company for over 15 years. She also worked as a supervisor at Palmer Chocolate, and retired from John Evans’ Sons after working there for many years. She enjoyed having backyard pool parties with friends and family, going on family trips, boating on Raystown Lake, shopping, and spending time with her grandchildren. Lisa also had two dogs, Archie and Teddy, who she loved dearly.
She loved to have family get-togethers for birthdays and holidays and would make special meals for her family to enjoy. Every year on Black Friday, Lisa would invite everyone over for a second thanksgiving dinner. She always looked forward to spending time with her loved ones.
Lisa had a huge heart with a smile that would light up a room and make you feel warm and welcomed. She had a way about her that always made you feel good inside of her presence. Lisa was loved by many, will forever be missed and never be forgotten.

So sorry for your heart wrenching loss! I pray you all carry the comfort you felt in her presence everyday, knowing that while you can no longer see or touch her, she is always with you! I pray when you feel her presence together at future family get togethers, the joy of your many memories hold you like a hug providing comfort in your sadness. I pray you each are given the extra strength you need to carry you through the next couple of weeks and months as you adjust to your new normal.

Lisa you truly were the sweetest girl I knew . We started out as co-workers , then best friends , then family . So many memories with you that I will never forget.
