Taylor W. Cole, age 92, June 13, 2015. A passionate teacher, sailor, storyteller, carpenter and father of nine children. Mr. Cole taught math and computer science at Episcopal Academy from 1967 to 1987. He is survived by his wife, Mary Ann (nee Muth); his children, Caroline (Paul Yager), Cynthia (Sean Doyle), Christopher (Sheila), Clement (Maggie Marshall), Carleton (Hazel), Charlotte (Scott Budde), Clifford (Pamela West), Curtis (Ladd Spiegel), and Suzanne (Daniel Bigelow). Also survived by 14 grandchildren, five great-grandchildren; and a sister, Frances Vaughan.
A Memorial Service will be held at Episcopal Academy, 1985 Bishop White Drive, Newtown Square, PA 19073 on Saturday, August 29th at 11 a.m. Friends may call to greet the family at 10 o’clock. Interment will be at Arlington National Cemetery on a later date. Contributions in Mr. Cole’s memory may be made to the Taylor W. Cole Book Fund at Episcopal Academy.
