DiElmo, Philip R., Aug. 4, 2015, age 75, formerly of East Falls.  Beloved son of the late Philip and Mary (nee Hardcastle).  Dear brother of Claire Reeves, Anna Marie Conlow (Paul), Joseph and Bill.  Also survived by many nieces and nephews.  Philip was preceded in death by his sister Dorothy.  Friends may call to greet the family Thurs.
