Norma L. Mercer, February 20, 2016, of East Falls. Beloved wife of the late Richard W.. Loving mother of Rick and dear aunt of Michael and Kenneth Mealey; also survived by four great nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to her Memorial Meeting for Worship at the William Penn Charter School, 3000 W. School House Lane, Philadelphia, PA 19144 on Saturday, February 27th at 11 a.m.  Burial private.
