Jeanne A. Verdone, April 18, 2022, of East Falls.
Beloved wife of the late Dominic Verdone (Mickey). Dear mother of Michele Carr (the late Harry), Victoria Lally (the late Frank), Helene Verdone, Kim Whitehouse (Craig) and the late Michael Verdone. Grandmother of 7 and Great Grandmother of 14.
Also survived by her brother Robert Steele (Beverly) and many nieces and nephews.
“Fuzzy” enjoyed working as a telephone operator at Roxborough Memorial Hospital. She was the “Queen” of the Atlantic City Casinos and Jeanne loved to dance with her girls.
Relatives and friends are invited to her Viewing at the McIlvaine Funeral Home, 3711 Midvale Ave. on Monday April 25th at 9:30 a.m., followed by a Service at the funeral home at 10:30. Interment Westminster Cemetery.

RIP MRS. VERDONE. I WORKED WITH YOUR HUSBAND MICKEY FOR MANY YEARS AT THE EAST FALLS POST OFFICE. MANY GREAT MEMORIES. I ALSO WAS A GOOD FRIEND OF YOUR LATE SON IN LAW FRANK LALLY. I NEVER HAD THE PRIVILEGE OF MEETING YOU. MAY GOD BLESS YOU, AND I KNOW MICKEY WILL MEET YOU AT THE GATE INTO THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN.
