Harry Edward Lauderdale, Jr., age 77, October 28, 2015. Beloved husband of Suzanne (nee Scutkowski), dear father of Celeste Gibson (Raymond), Mary Cornelia Lauderdale, Crystal Lauderdale, VMD (John Smith), Harry III (Janice), Anthony and Cherie Lauderdale, stepfather to Leah Goff and the late Jimmy. Loving grandfather of 16 and great grandfather of 9. Also survived by 3 sisters; Patricia Bell, PHD; Gloria Brookter; Yerva Khalek, and his aunt, Dorothea Hite, and his former wife Yerva Lauderdale. There will be a celebration of his life on November 13th from 4-8 p.m. at New Covenant Church of Philadelphia (former site of Spring Garden College), 7500 Germantown Avenue. Donations in Harry’s memory should be made to American Diabetes Association.
