Gavin Scott Smith—1/20/2016

Smith, Gavin Scott, age 47, January 20, 2016, of East Falls.  Gavin attended Penn Charter through middle school and was a graduate of Germantown Friends School and Villanova University.  While in college, he traveled to Selma, MS and Fresno, CA as a Habitat for Humanity volunteer.  He had worked as a realtor for Keller Williams, in sales at Macy’s, and was preparing to become a paralegal.  He was the son of Kirby J. Smith (recently deceased).  Gavin will be sorely missed by his mother Jody Smith, his brother Andrew (both of East Falls), his sister Gillian (Randall Smith), and his niece and nephews Olivia, Braeden, and Nathan (of Orcas Island, WA). The funeral will be private.  The family would like to encourage support of the American Heart Association.
