Rose M. Dugan, July 30, 2016, of East Falls. Beloved wife of the late Robert. Dear mother of Robert (Lisa) and the late David. Loving grandmother of Christian and Justin, also survived by several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to her Viewing on Thursday, August 4 at St. Bridget Church, 3667 Midvale Avenue, Philadelphia, Pa., 19129, from 9 :30 to 10:30 a.m., followed by her Funeral Mass at 10:30. Interment West Laurel Hill Cemetery.
