Louis Altomare—7/28/2016

Louis J. Altomare, July 28, 2016, of East Falls. Lou served as a Philadelphia Policeman for 32 years. Beloved husband of 60 years of Clara (nee Gentile), dear father of Louis (Margie), Maria Donnelly (Terry), Anita McCoy (Tom), Jennifer Smith (Dave), and Anthony (Debbie), also survived by 15 grandchildren, a sister Theresa Corcoran, a special niece Bernadette Walker (Tom) and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by three brothers, Ralph, Frank and Emilio.  Relatives and friends are invited to his Viewing Monday, August 1st, 9 to 11 a.m. at St. Bridget Church, 3667 Midvale Ave., Philadelphia  19129, followed by his Funeral Mass at 11 a.m. Interment Calvary Cemetery. Donations in Lou’s memory may be made to the St. Bridget Memorial Fund.
