David I. Armstrong, P.E., October 8, 2016, of East Falls. David was a Veteran of WWII. Currently he was on the Board of Directors of the Navy League. David is survived by a special niece Mary Collins (Chris) a devoted friend Else Smith, additional nieces and nephews and a warm cast of characters. Relatives and friends are invited to Dave’s viewing at St. Bridget Church, 3667 Midvale Avenue., Philadelphia, PA 19129 on Wednesday, October 12, 9 a.m., followed by his Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. Internment Hoy Sepulchre Cemetery. Donations in Dave’s memory may be sent to the Navy League, 5344 Walden Street, Doylestown, PA 18902.
