George J. Harrity–3/30/2017

George J. Harrity, of East Falls, passed away suddenly on March 30, 2017. He was a 30 year member of the Iron Workers Union 401. He is the beloved son of John J. and Rosemary (nee Filoon) Harrity. He is the loving boy friend of Arlene Brecht and brother of Margaret O’Connor (Jack), Dennis Harrity and Kate Friel (Warren). Grandfather of Steven, he is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to his Funeral Mass Tuesday 10:30 A.M. at St. Bridget’s Church, 3673 Midvale Ave. Philadelphia, PA 19129, where the family will receive guests from 9:00 A.M. until Mass time. Int. Holy Sepulchre Cem. In lieu of flowers contributions in his memory to the above named church would be appreciated by the family.
