Beloved father of Brittany Nicole and Kori Elizabeth. Loving grandfather of Kaleb Anthony “Mike” and Lorraine. Husband of Donna (nee Diamond). Beloved son of Eleanor and the late Joseph. Also survived by his brother Tom, sister Michele, 2 nephews, William “Bud” and Tyler Hemphill and many loving colleagues, friends and neighbors.
There will be a Visitation at the McIlvaine Funeral Home, 3711 Midvale Ave., Phila. 19129, Friday July 27th, 6-7:30 p.m., followed by Joe’s service at 7:30. Interment private.
