Watkins, Leona B., June 20, 2019, of Germantown.
Beloved mother of Robert Watkins and grandmother of Nahzay Goins. Also survived by her sister Joan Coleman, her sister-in-law Diane Waff, several nieces and nephews and many friends. She was preceded in death by her brothers Arthur Watkins Sr. and Ronald Watkins.
Leona first worked as a clerk for the federal government and then taught for several years for the School District of Philadelphia.
There will be a Memorial Service for Leona at the McIlvaine Funeral Home, 3711 Midvale Ave., Phila. 19129 on Sat. June 29th. Visitation begins at 10:30, Service follows at 11.
