Sandra Worley Kelly, “Sandie”, age 72, of Philadelphia, PA formerly of Wilmington, DE, on May 7, 2020. Sandie was the widow of John B. Kelly, Jr. She is survived by her stepmother, Anne Worley, and her four stepchildren. Her professional life was devoted to banking, finance, and fundraising for Philadelphia cultural institutions. She loved her work.
