Paul R. Kleschick, Jr.—2/10/2023

Paul R. Kleschick, Jr of Philadelphia, PA, passed away peacefully on Friday, February 10, 2023, aged 68.

A proud 1972 North Catholic graduate, Paul spent 40 years working for Pathmark as both a meat cutter and meat manager, and was tireless in his support of UFCW and all organized labor. He spent some time teaching at the Philadelphia Bartending School where he enjoyed showing others the beauty of making, enjoying, and serving well-made cocktails. He believed in the power of education and returned to school as an adult learner earning his Bachelor’s degree from Cabrini College in 1994 and a Master’s degree from Widener University in 1996.  Never far from a good cigar, he was also an avid watcher of great movies and television. His love for having a good time made every gathering that much warmer and happier. He will be missed.

Beloved son of the late Paul Sr. and Natalie (nee McGovern) , he is survived by his son Paul III and daughter in law Michelle (nee Byrd), his sister Natalie (Paul), and nieces Natalie (Joe) and Sarah (Glenn).

On March 4, 2023 Visitation 9AM-10:45AM and Funeral Mass 11 AM will both be observed at Saint Bridget Church, 3667 Midvale Avenue, Philadelphia PA, 19129. Interment will be private at a later date.
