Edwards, Hattie L., (nee Riley), age 81, Nov. 9, 2015, a long-time resident of Roxborough (since 1968). Beloved wife of the late Lloyd Sr. Dear mother of Lloyd Jr. and Camille Edwards. Loving Grandmother of Nathaniel, NauRenee and Janelle Edwards. Also survived by her sister Phyllis Jones and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Hattie was preceded in death by her son Carl.
Hattie earned a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Temple University. She worked for many years as a Supervisor in the Dept. of Child Protective Services for the City of Phila. Information about her Service will be announced at a later date.
