Manuel Garcia-Barrio, 47, of Philadelphia died Sept. 23, 2022. He is survived by his mother, Constance Garcia-Barrio (nee Sparrow), 3 first cousins; Blake Sparrow, Christopher Sparrow, Victor Sparrow IV, and many close friends.
Manuel enjoyed writing. One of his short stories was published.
